International tyre company Apollo Vredestein will occupy the final 6,061 sq ft at Phase 1 of the Beechwood office scheme using the space as their new UK headquarters on a 10 year lease.
Euro Garages has acquired a 1.5 acre site at the Park which will be developed for a filling station with a forecourt convenience store and a drive-thru Starbucks.
