Further success for Kettering Business Park

KetteringThe prestigious Kettering Business Park in Northamptonshire, owned by Buccleuch Property, is now fully occupied with a filling station and a Starbucks drive thru set to complete the high quality line-up.

International tyre company Apollo Vredestein will occupy the final 6,061 sq ft at Phase 1 of the Beechwood office scheme using the space as their new UK headquarters on a 10 year lease.

Euro Garages has acquired a 1.5 acre site at the Park which will be developed for a filling station with a forecourt convenience store and a drive-thru Starbucks.

Apollo Vredestein and Euro Garages join a Holiday Inn Express and Harvester Inn on the Park, alongside a mix of high quality industrial and office space.  Budworth Hardcastle and North Rae Sanders acted on behalf of Buccleuch Property on both of these deals.
