Enterprise North East Trust (Enterprise) has leased the remaining suite (453 sq m) on a ten year lease, and will occupy The Hub alongside existing tenants The Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce (AGCC), ICR Integrity and Grub café.
Situated within the Aberdeen Energy Park, immediately adjacent to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, The Hub is now 100% let and provides Grade A office accommodation, incorporating energy efficient design and offering meeting room facilities across 13,500 sq ft. Catering offer Grub is also located within the building and provides the Park and surrounding area with café, take away and external catering services.
Enterprise North East Trust provide advisory and training services to start up and growing businesses and provide activities to encourage entrepreneurship and employability.
