Buccleuch Property sells unit in Cowlairs Industrial Estate, Glasgow, for £600,000

Buccleuch Property has announced the sale of Block 1 industrial unit in Cowlairs Industrial Estate, Glasgow, for £600,000 to Kelly Communications Pension Scheme Ltd. The wider Estate was originally acquired by Buccleuch Property in 2007 and since then has been part of a strategic asset management programme. Established tenants at Cowlairs include The NHS, Access Plus and Fresco Food.

The unit consists of 21,734 sq ft of industrial space and a 1.1 acre secured yard. The detached industrial unit fronts Carlisle Street and comprises a two-bay warehouse with generous office accommodation and a separate trade entrance. Located two miles north of Glasgow city centre, Cowlairs Industrial Estate boasts excellent connections east and west via the M8 motorway and north via the A803 and the M80 motorway.
