The asset management specialists, who were appointed to manage Mountcity Group’s UK commercial property portfolio in 2015, have secured four tenants at Thorncliffe Business Park, the investor’s flagship industrial site. Unit 19, comprising 44,932 sq ft, has been let to Shepley Engineers Ltd on a 10 year lease term, Unit 6, a 5,718 sq ft office and warehouse facility has been let to Needham Coding Ltd on a 5-year lease term, while a 2,874 sq ft warehouse at Unit 26, has been let to Bardon Environmental on a 6-year lease term.
The fourth letting, Unit 10, comprising 1,614 sq ft has been secured by GP Fume Extraction Limited on a 5-year term.
At Provincial Business Park in Ecclesfield, Sheffield, Unit 13a, a 5,355 sq ft high-quality warehouse/business unit, has been let to E4 Plant Hire Ltd on a 5-year lease term. Unit 13b, a further 4,552 sq ft is currently under offer.
The total income generated by the new lettings is £242,717 p.a.
