Buccleuch Property Asset Manages the Mountcity Portfolio which comprises circa £100m of industrial assets across 15 properties in the Midlands and South Yorkshire. The mandate involves Buccleuch reporting directly to shareholders and overseeing all Property Management matters, Lease Events and Marketing of void units for lease or sale.  Proactive Asset Management initiatives include regular and direct liaison with key tenants, exploring re-gearing opportunities, refurbishments and Capital Expenditure supervision and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
